About Us
Charles Whittaker
Charles Whittaker, PhD, is a civil and environmental engineer specializing in site civil works, grading, and drainage for island and complex-terrain projects. He completed his PhD in Civil Engineering in Québec, with expertise in remote sensing and hydrologic terrain analysis.
His professional experience includes storm drainage design for high-end developments in Vermont under state-level regulatory requirements, potable water infrastructure work in Kingston, Jamaica, watershed projects in the Urmia Basin, Iran, and structural building experience in the Turks and Caicos Islands. His current focus is constructible civil and drainage solutions for small-island environments.
